Martijn earned his masters degree in Organization & Management at the university of Groningen in the Netherlands.He has been working in the Telco & IT sector for 15 years. In this time he worked in different roles in Marketing, Sales and Customer Service. During his career he searched for the combination of People, Technology and Data to create impact. A continuous focus on change for improvement led him in 2014 to the role of Vice President Digitalization and Omnichannel within KPN. In 2016 he became responsible for the comapny wide Data & Analytics department in which 160 people from 15 departments came together in a new Data & Analytics organization. Together with his team he formulated a transformation strategy focussing on building a lasting capability to create value in current and new business models. He and his team are now on the verge of launching a new product in dutch society based on trust.
