Innovation only succeeds when a doctor, civil servant or consultant can genuinely benefit from it the very next day. GLBNXT’s nomination for the Tech Hero Award, just one year after its launch, shows that sovereign AI doesn’t have to be a compromise. It can be an accelerator.

At GLBNXT, Jan Saan focuses on making sovereign AI practically valuable. With a small team, GLBNXT built a Dutch-owned AI platform that helps organisations move from pilots to enterprise-ready AI, with control over where their data flows.

Jan Saan is nominated for the Tech Hero of the Year Award 2026. The winner will be announced during CIODAY2026.
